Men are involved in many areas of church life – both on at Sunday Services and at activities and meetings during the week.
Men’s Study Group
Alternate Tuesdays, 10.15am at St John’s, Houghton
The Men’s Study Group are a friendly group of 10 or 12 men from St John’s and St Peter’s. Meeting at 10.15am for coffee/tea, followed by a Bible study for about an hour. The study is serious but the discussion is informal with all present taking part.
Men’s Curry Night/Pub Meal
Our termly Men’s Curry Nights/Pub Meals are a great opportunity to enjoy food, friendship, and conversation – a perfect opportunity to invite a friend along and enjoy a relaxed meal together, with a short thought to get people talking and thinking.
